The staff was wonderful. Every member of staff from the valet, front desk, to housekeeping were friendly and helpful. We were there for a Seahawks game and the location of the hotel was perfect. There are so many cool bars and restaurants within a short walking distance. The room was spacious and very clean. We have stayed at many hotels in that area for games and this is our favorite. This will be our game day hotel from now on.

We appreciated his friendliness and humor. He made us feel welcome! Beds were comfortable and our room, a king water front room was spacious with a sofa, fridge and microwave. Love the pillows.

The location is fantastic. A short walk (~a mile) to Pike Place Market; a block from the light rail; lots of restaurants and shops around the corner/block. The building is historic and beautiful; the view from the 14th floor of the bay was wonderful. The room was a decent size, sheets were very soft and it was clean. Front desk staff were great.

Very convenient to parking and Lumen Field. Lots of restaurants near by. Easy walking to other destinations. King bed was very comfortable. TV pulled out for easy viewing. Nice armoire for clothes. Big bathroom. Snacks, beverages, etc., available for purchase in the lobby.

The room was a great size, the restaurant had delicious food and the valet people were very professional. I was a bit nervous about the area but felt safe walking outside to and from the Seattle Sounders game. We were also able to walk to the boardwalk without any issues.
